5A molecular sieve, generally also known as zeolite 5A ,it is a kind of molecular sieve with an effective pore opening of 5 angstroms, can absorb any molecule with kinetic diameter smaller than 5 Angstrom and exclude those larger. In addition to the functions of 3A and 4A molecular sieves, it can also adsorb C3-C4 normal alkanes, chloroethane, bromoethane, butanol, etc., and can also be used for the separation of normal isomers, pressure swing adsorption separation and the co-adsorption of water and carbon dioxide.

Regeneration:

5A Molecular Sieve can be reactivated by thermal sewing, vacuum desorption or gas displacement, the regeneration mode is based on the

feed composition.

Recommended applications:

1. Removal of impurities such as H2O, CO2, and acetylene in the raw gas of the air purification system.

2. Drying and purification of air, nitrogen and inert gases in industry, drying and purification of hydrogen.

3. Separation of normal and isoparaffins in the paraffin industry (C4~C6 fraction).

4. Purification and drying of petroleum and natural gas, ammonia decomposition gas and other industrial gases and liquids.
