Detail

Tripentaerythritol, also known as trihydroxy pentaerythritol or TPE, is a white crystalline compound synthesized from pentaerythritol and formaldehyde. It is a polyol, that is used as a building block for a variety of products, including pharmaceuticals, explosives, and lubricants. TPE is also used as a flame retardant, a plasticizer, and a surfactant. In addition, it can be used as a raw material for high-performance acrylic resin, fireproof coating, advanced aviation lubricating oil, advanced color ink, plastic additives and polymer modified materials, etc.
