In order to give a safe containers yard, all of the dangerous chemicals like Monochloroacetic acid were requested not to load at the Qingdao container yard any more this period. According to conservative estimates, the price of the Chloroacetic Acid in China shall be raised by $20 per MT at least compared to the prices in the end of Apr.2013. Hope the shipping regulations could be held back early.
